An aggressive work is ongoing by the Ghanaian government to launch a 15 year energy bond by the end of September to raise 10 billion cedis from its investors so it can commence the repayment of all debts owed in the energy sector, estimated at 2.4 billion dollars, and improve operations in the sector.
